Very attractive space. Therapists are competent and kind. JACOB gets special mention. He's very experienced, caring and personally engaging. I give him 10 stars.
I have been in therapy for two hip replacements the last year at ivy and my therapist was David Melo and I can never recommend him enough. Super knowledgeable, professional and patient. I totally recommend ivyrehab. Thank you so much David for giving me my life back.
As a follow-up to my previous review, I’m disappointed to say that I need to revise my original 5-star rating to a 2. What initially started as a positive experience ultimately left a bad impression. I was informed that I was not eligible for additional physical therapy sessions, even after providing an updated referral from my orthopedic surgeon. If you’re in need of physical therapy, Ivy Rehab is absolutely the place to go! I went in with a nagging tenderness in my achilles, which had kept me away from running (my exercise of choice) for 3 months. And I’m happy to say I’m leaving feeling even stronger than I did before my injury thanks to so many of the trainers at Ivy. But especially because of Dr. Lindita Ismaili!
