My first time going to PT, and it was great! Lindita assessed my running gait and strength imbalances that were leading to knee pain while running. This was during the beginning of training for my first marathon. A few weeks later, I have zero knee pain and I'm set up with a toolkit of exercises for life. I'm so glad that I can continue my training pain-free, but I'll miss my visits. This location has casual and fun neighborhood gym vibes, and the whole team is so nice and helpful.
Extremely clean environment. Staff is welcoming and courteous. Appointments are kept in a timely manner. David is extremely helpful and he knows exactly how to help with recovery. I would definitely recommend them.
