I’ve been going to the Ditmas Park location of Ivy Rehab for over a year now, first for pre-surgery strengthening and then for recovery after surgery, and I truly wouldn’t be where I am now without the help of everyone at Ivy. Lindita and her team are all consummate professionals, who bring so much fun and joy into a space that could easily just have felt intense and hard. Lindita and her staff are fantastic! Professional and warm people. They are very attentive to your specific problem and find very specific exercises to address and repair injuries.
