Today, May 13, I showed Jacob injuries from rowing and biking. He pleasantly surprised me with targeted stretches and exercises. Not standard BS mishmash activities. Good check in Great evaluation by David Melo Focused excercise Will see

I had a great experience here, mostly working with David but everyone was lovely. Went in for low back pain from a couple of herniated discs, after 2 months my pain is basically gone. David answered all my questions and adjusted my exercises when I would have flare ups. I always felt like he paid attention to me and took what I said seriously, even when he was juggling 2 or 3 other patients at the same time. Super grateful for the help, thank you!!

Ivy Rehab has been an answered prayer. When I first began with them, I was confident that they were not going to help relieve my sciatic nerve pain---let me tell you they have made a FOOL out of me. They have EXCEEDED my expectations as it relates to my physical care. Every single staff member on site is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and FUN! The entire space beams with personality.
