I had the best experience here at Ivy rehab in cedar knolls, with the best help and care from Keith and the whole staff that was always so friendly and positive every time I was in. Keith and I really got to bond over both being track athletes and I felt he really understood a lot of how frustrating this injury was to me, and he helped me keep a positive mindset and set realistic goals during my rehab process. Great Therapists, great equipment and great music! I have gone here for several joints because of injury or arthritis, and they have always helped me. They push enough to help, not to hurt the joints.
Most knowledgeable and true caring therapists you can find!!!! everyone, no matter what age should especially go for balance
