Truly remarkable experience! I had been having problems with my knee for sometime and when my orthopedist suggested PT, I hesitated - couldn’t imagine the results could be so positive! Every single person was a delight to work with, upbeat and attentive. I have “graduated “ with exercises to continue at home. Thank you everyone at Ivy, especially Abby, for giving me my knee back! Fantastic therapists and comfortable environment to do your pt in. The deduction for stars is due to the horrendous billing department. My quoted co-pay was 7x below the actual amount leaving me with a sizable bill to pay after attending multiple sessions. Had I known the actual cost, I would have developed a much different rehab plan. Reminder to always double check with your insurance company what they will actually cover! - Update, the team worked with me to resolve the billing issue and honored their quoted price.
My Aunt is going here for therapy, she’s on her third week and eveything is going well. She loves the place. She is attended very well. Her PT Juan, is the best. All the staff here are very friendly and amazing.
After a broken foot and ankle messed with my summer, Ivy's team at the Mt. kisco commons was fantastic throughout my rehab. Abagail, Theresa, Roderick and David all went above and beyond for me and I thank them for their professionalism. Rang the bell today!
