I was impressed with the thoroughness of my exam for movement of my leg. And they seem well stocked with exercise devices.
Staff is friendly, patient, and not judgmental. However, would recommend that they add a handicap accessible door. It is difficult is a client is wheelchair or walker bound trying to open a manual door
I enjoy going to Ivy. It has been the best experience I’ve had with physical therapy. When I had knee surgery I did not want to go to PT. I felt that it was a waste of time based on my past experiences with several physical therapy clinics. But when I noticed that I was not progressing with my recovery, I decided to give Ivy a try. Wow! What a difference. It’s a 40 minute drive from my house . But, I rather drive that distance than go to a center thats 10 minutes away- that does not provide me what I need. This is one of the best places to go if you are in need of physical therapy! I love the way each team member brings their unique strengths to the care of each patient. It’s all hands on deck here, which is so necessary for the unique needs that come with each patient. Every team member in this place knew me by name and provided specialized care to me. They helped return the strength and function that I lost through my injury and they each demonstrated concern that I accomplished the goals I needed to achieve. From the first ... read more
Staff were polite, patient, and helpful. Matt explained issues, what he was going to do and exercises to work on. Very comfortable environment.
