The staff (Michael, Dan, Mathew, Brooke, and another young lady I never had) at Ivyrehab in Middletown make you enjoy going for PT. They work with you, correct you, answer questions, give you goals, and let you know what to work on at home. They are all very friendly and work great together. Cynthia at the front desk also keeps the schedule and insurance in order. This is a great group!
I was greeted with a friendly and professional welcome. She went over the paperwork and then Michael took over explaining what was ahead of me took his time.I have been to a few PT facilities so far I would have to say that Ivy was the best even though I haven't even started my PT Yet. I can't wait for Michael to get shoulder back into shape.
Amazing experience here rehabbing a lower back issue. The staff was very friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. Went from barely being able to get out of bed to hopping out with the help of their routines. Highly recommend, thanks team!
Today, I finished my 16th session of Physical Therapy with Matthew, Clinical Director at this location and his team. Being in management and customer service for over 20 years, I can only say I have high expectations when dealing with any business.
