This well managed PT facility is a gem, soup to nuts. Jessica manages the front desk. She is more than competent and a pleasure to work with. Scheduling, insurance and any other issues are never a bother for her. She is a consummate professional. John and Gabrielle are the physical therapists and have a great way about them. IvyRehab Southport has been excellent in all respects in helping me recover from a complicated injury and knee surgery. The Therapists themselves. Gabby and John, are professional, and have deep expertise I could always count on. They were very kind and patient with my challenges of learning to walk again. I came to Ivy Rehab in Southport after a friend's recommendation following my ACL tear. Since I would need extensive physical therapy post-surgery, I was planning to visit a few clinics to find the best fit. However, after meeting Gabi, one of the therapists, I knew my search was over. The atmosphere and the staff at Ivy Rehab have been fantastic, and I've felt comfortable and confident in my recovery throughout the past three weeks of almost daily visits.
Simply amazing! I have seen many physical therapists over the decades and John and Gabby in Southport are by far the best I have ever been lucky enough to find!! John Carr is Incredibly talented and knowledgeable, amazing hands and the perfect blend of intuition into root causes, restraint and progression with perfectly targeted exercises. His dry needling expertise has been a game-changer for my pretty nasty hip issue that was threatening to turn my total hip replacement into a permanent failure.
