Wanted to say thank you to everyone who participated in my care. Thank you Bella, Gabby, Carla Thomas. I had my doubts from the outside of the strip mall location. However the first session changed my opinion. The therapists really took time to listen to my complaints and understand my limitations on movement. They gradually increased my exercise regimen and routine to increase my strength and endurance. They have a great team and I am happy with the experience. I would come back again. I had never needed physical therapy before, so I had absolutely no idea what to expect. On the first day, Isabella walked me through what the six-week process would entail, and we began the first session with her performing an assessment of the range of motion in my shoulder to help gauge my injury.
