I worked primarily with Bella to rehabilitate a pretty gnarly sprained ankle. What felt like an arduous process at times was made so much easier by her knowledge, positivity, and attentiveness. She truly listened to my concerns and addressed each one thoughtfully, always explaining what ligament healing would realistically feel like and what the timeline might look like. I’m incredibly grateful for Bella’s patience, expertise, and dedication throughout my recovery.
