Huge thanks to Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy for helping normalize my Scapular dyskinesis! Although I am not 100% back to where I was pre-injury, my mobility and strength in the shoulder area greatly improved after working with the PTs at Ivy Rehab. I would highly recommend this practice!
