Had a relatively mediocre experience with physical therapy. Ivy was helpful in diagnosing my shoulder issue, but I saw little progress after the initial few weeks. I later ended up back in rehab after release due to continued issues. I then saw no progress, and the therapists continued adding on more and more at-home exercises to the point of it being unsustainable. Yesterday was my first day at physical therapy, and it was a 5-star experience from start to finish. I was paired with Hope, and she was absolutely excellent—she gave clear instructions, provided helpful feedback, and took the time to answer every question I had. She also made sure the clinic had all of my documents from my surgeon so they can better support my care going forward, which I really appreciated. Also, Brian at the front desk was wonderful. He helped confirm I was scheduled at the correct location (since I live c... read more
