Showed up to appointment, doors locked. Walked around the building to find an unlocked door. When arrived -kiosk sign in had incorrect insurance information, and I had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk person to finish with someone else having issues before they tried to help. They couldnt fix it and are now troubleshooting. I said I would like to keep my appointment and they said I cannot be seen until the check in issue is resolved.
