I highly recommend Ivy Rehab! The facility is very nice, clean, and modern, with great equipment! I saw with Nick for a shoulder injury and had a great experience. I was discouraged by the injury and concerned about how it would affect my ability to continue exercising and working toward my CrossFit goals. I broke my wrist and needed surgery, which resulted in a metal plate and pins being put in. After surgery, I could barely move my wrist and struggled with even the simplest daily activities.
