Everyone at Ivy Rehab is very kind and professional. The office is helpful working with insurance and the therapists are top notch.
They are kind and honest. They walk you through everything you need and actually listen to what you're telling them. Went in for pain and weakness in my shoulder that I've had for nearly 20 years. Not only did they get my shoulder functioning and comfortable, they noticed my hip pain and treated it, too. I had excellent results from the shoulder therapy I received from DPT Emma Kate Smith. Everyone at Ivyrehab was courteous and friendly. I could have chosen other options for my rotator cuff rehab but I definitely hit a home run with Ivyrehab.
