All of the therapist are knowledgeable and skilled. They helped me through my knee replacement . As hard as it was i actually enjoyed going there. This facility has a real positive vibe. Great receptionists all the therapist say hello when you are there they are kind and compassionate. My knee is 99.9 % better i could not have had this outcome without them . Thank you Nick, Jay, Jesse Adrian and everyone else !.
I went to IVY rehab for PT for my knee. All the staff are excellent. They are knowledgeable, friendly and listen to you. They have a wonderful positive attitude. I strongly recommend this facility. Will definitely miss this place.
Never got seen, so I can’t rate the care. Booked on Zocdoc, then called the office to reschedule when a meeting came up. Got a verbal confirmation on the phone that I was all set. Showed up, no reschedule on file, and I was told the receptionist I spoke to over the phone works remotely so that somehow means she didn’t make alterations? If your phone staff can confirm appointments they can’t actually book, that’s a problem worth fixing.
