I went to Ivy Rehab in Danbury after having a hip replacement. Matt did an excellent job of progressing me through various exercises which helped me regain normal function in a couple of months. I'm now able to jog and strength train, and I'm back to my favorite activity - cycling - doing as much of it as I want with no restrictions and I don't even notice the hip while riding anymore. Matt really knows his stuff, and he's committed to helping people get back to their normal life.
Very professional while being very friendly. Matt explains the "whys" of each movement, and answers questions clearly and patiently.
The Brookfield Ivy Rehab location rocks! The entire staff is exceptional. It is a fun place to work on your recovery, of which they did a awesome job. Highly recommended !
