thank god i never went back the person at the front desk was eating there lunch and did not pay attention to me i thought they extremely rude they made me cry stay far away from this place i go to motion in new city and i have a better experience there they helped me with the issues i had. not a good way to business at ivy pt you guys need to have better front desk reception manners and not be so rude it dosent take much to say hello when a new clinet comes in
