James, Bella and Steven were fantastic therapists. They spend lots of time with me and were always encouraging. I never felt like I needed to leave because my time was up. They were very responsive to my Doctors Goals and got me there in 4 weeks. Also I would like to commend Sarah. She is worth her weight in gold. This is not part of Hospital for Special Surgery despite the misleading inclusion in their name. It’s a chain of PT clinics that is included in a very large group of chains that HSS recommends.
James and the staff in Water Mill are so pleasant and professional. I has been a joy to work with them! I have been to other pt over the years and can say this center is the best!! Clean, modern, knowledgeable and they help you understand the process so well . Yes five star!
All the staff at Ivy are highly skilled and professional. They also make a personal connection with all their patients. It instills confidence in their care.
James Porco runs things beautifully at the Ivy rehab location in Watermill. Not only is he efficient, attentive, friendly and calm, but his demeanor spreads goodwill amongst his staff and clients. Ryan is wonderful…Sarah also terrific …and I also need to give a special shout out to Mari! She always kept her cool as she attended to several clients at once. Thanks to all from Suzanne
