Malorie has been great! She thoroughly answers all my questions, tailors the PT/recovery to my specific needs and recovery pace, and I can see improvements already. I've been able to schedule sessions around my work hours, and the location is very convenient for me.
Staff is great; surprise bill was not. I kept asking throughout to ensure insurance was covering and that my out of pocket should be nominal (~$30 per visit); I ended up getting charged almost 3x the amount. Despite discussing with customer service there was no proper review or reassessment of the charges. In comparison, JAG physical therapy was very transparent about out of pocket costs.
