My son came to Ivy rehab after a surgery two years ago the therapy two years ago was terrific. I needed records and EOB's for my insurance company two years after the fact. Sandy at the front desk was incredible and assisted me in getting all of the documentation that I needed in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them for both excellent therapy and customer service terrific place!
From the moment I walk in, I’m warmly welcomed by Sandy who manages a busy front desk. The physical therapists at Ivy are world class. I’ve had the privilege to work with each of them. I work with Rob who is terrific. He is professional, kind and understands my strengths and limitations. He really cares about my progress and me as a patient. I have worked with Evan as well.
