I highly recommend Ivy Rehab for their exceptional care and professionalism. The entire staff is both knowledgeable and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming environment. We've had a great experience with Ivy Rehab. Ciniyah makes the intake/administrative/billing process as easy as possible and Tonya is a great physical therapist. I wish the waiting room was a bit bigger, but the actual staff and services provided are top notch.

Tanya Cruz has worked with my son after his surgery for club foot. She was amazing and my son worked so well with her. She made his exercises in session and at home fun and engaging. We can’t thank her enough for the help she has given us.

My grandson loves going to Ivy rehab . Super friendly staff .The only down side with Ivy is scheduling. I waited so long to receive a 3 o'clock appointment time to be put back at a 2 o'clock appointment time. Very frustrating 😡.

My last appointment was a waste of time. I came to the appointment where I was told there by 230 and the person at the front desk told me I never had an appointment set up. I had to leave work early and drive from Goochland then pick my son from Southside to get to Sandston by 230 I called to speak with the manager who was supposed to review the call which I told her the date and the time someone called me to put my appointment date in.
