Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter, the rude woman who answered the phone hung up on me twice. Definitely won’t be bringing my child here
Front desk is extremely incompetent, no knowledge of their jobs and unhelpful they tell you whatever to get you off the phone. Taniesha Mitchell has a very nasty attitude rude and a know it all. I decided to go somewhere else because they couldn’t simply get an authorization over. They lost their minds when i decided to take my child somewhere else for speech therapy. Convenient location off Telegraph is central. Parking is sufficient and the facility is well managed. Friendly & helpful staff. We found the handwriting lessons for our kiddo to be focused. Interestingly they used techniques that seem unrelated, yet improvements are apparent and something is clicking. It’s an approach we didn’t consider. We’re pleased.
We absolutely LOVE Ms.Eryn and Ms. Morgan and staff at Ivy! They are exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable of my son needs and his “play time” sessions. They make his time there fun but also challenging!! 100% would refer them to anyone family!!
This is the best place to take your kids for therapy. The girls that work here are amazing . Especially Sydney, Kennedy, Morgan and Maddie. My daughter comes 2x a week and she loves her girls. They are super clean so friendly makes you feel like family. So trust worthy with your child. Best place
