I had a disappointing experience with this provider. We agreed that the rate for services would be determined between the company and me, since my insurance deductible had not yet been met. My insurance company was very clear to the provider and myself that my rate would be Ivy Rehab’s billable rate. Unfortunately, they did not submit claims to insurance in a timely manner and were evasive whenever I asked for the billable rate. Staff is very friendly My son loves going here However this isn't the first time they've said that are referral was expired today I got a call stating that our referral was expired so I had to call insurance and figure out what was going on but it hadn't expired and they were going to give away our appointment had to call several times but finally got through to them and made sure that we were able to keep our appointment They really should check several times to be 100% certain that the referral is up to date I know they ha... read more
They let the Receptionist Jay cause a kid I know to put himself in danger, then when I complained they ignored it and because even though I was angry I said, I hope you have a safe day, they felt they were in danger, so I was trespassed. Now if something happens I can't even go help the kid. Also, Jay continues to work there as a receptionist. They only care about their attendance policy.
We were told by our paediatrician that our 2 month old need physical therapy. She can’t turn her neck left at ALL. We were also told those places usually have a long wait for an appointment. So I called and spoke with a wonderful women named Jay. She heard my daughter situation and felt really bad about not being able to fit her in until 3 weeks.
