Our experience with this provider has been very disappointing. There has been extremely high staff turnover, and communication has been consistently poor. Despite repeated attempts to schedule a family team meeting for several months with previous therapists, staff did not respond to the ABA therapist or teacher in a timely manner. During our last phone meeting, Alicia Sakran was unprofessional and rude. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this therapist. The staff is always welcoming and nice. They are considerate of each child and helps in any way they can
