My daughter has been attending physical therapy for her torticollis at Ivy Rehab (Dewitt location) since August. Her provider is Heather Shah, who provides phenomenal care. Heather is incredibly knowledge in torticollis/plagiocephaly and how it all connects to the body. Our experience with this provider has been very disappointing. There has been extremely high staff turnover, and communication has been consistently poor. Despite repeated attempts to schedule a family team meeting for several months with previous therapists, staff did not respond to the ABA therapist or teacher in a timely manner. During our last phone meeting, Alicia Sakran was unprofessional and rude. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this therapist. The staff is always welcoming and nice. They are considerate of each child and helps in any way they can
Very nice and helpful, my son goes there and he is getting awesome improvements.
