I like this office (communication from therapists could be a lot better) but both kids are constantly coming down with sickness’ every other week since attending so I’m not sure they have very good disinfecting guidelines in place. I do see a difference in the short time both kids have gone so I can’t say I don’t recommend them — I just wanted to spread awareness in case this starts happening with your kiddos!

My daughter has been attending physical therapy for her torticollis at Ivy Rehab (Dewitt location) since August. Her provider is Heather Shah, who provides phenomenal care. Heather is incredibly knowledge in torticollis/plagiocephaly and how it all connects to the body. Additionally, Heather discovered an issue with my daughter’s hip when she was approximately 8 months old that no other healthcare provider caught. Our experience with this provider has been very disappointing. There has been extremely high staff turnover, and communication has been consistently poor. Despite repeated attempts to schedule a family team meeting for several months with previous therapists, staff did not respond to the ABA therapist or teacher in a timely manner. During our last phone meeting, Alicia Sakran was unprofessional and rude. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this therapist.
