Would not recommend at all! If I could give zero stars I would. Ivy Rehab is a MONEY FIRST facility and patient care is on the back burner! We recently moved to Middletown and switched from Nemours ( a much better and ethically operated facility) to Ivy Rehab because it was closer. They refused to use the appropriate charging code with my top-tier insurance plan for Speech Therapy for my son, and as such I had to pay 100% out of pocket for a service that was 100% covered at Nemours. Therapists here were excellent when we were here a few years ago with TheraPlay, but the company was recently purchased by IvyRehab and they are absolutely awful. This review is for IvyRehab, not TheraPlay or TheraPlays awesome therapists (We absolutely loved Sam!). Watch your billing statements even if it’s “covered” by insurance. There was a billing error made 2 years ago and the new company reached out over a two years past the appointment and demanded payment. I recently took my one year old son for an evaluation and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the exceptional service that we received from the Front Desk Receptionist Sheritta. She was extremely kind and patient and took her time with scheduling the remainder of my sons appointments. SAM - the physical therapist, was absolutely amazing and detail oriented.
