I scheduled and attended a tour here with Tammy and it was such an amazing, smooth, and comfortable experience. Searching and transitioning a loved one into assisted living is not easy, it can very scary and overwhelming. I’ve toured a few facilities with high recommendations, but they did not compare to Ivy Park. I can’t say enough good things about Ivy Park at Otay Ranch. Since my aunt moved in, the entire team has been incredibly helpful, supportive, and attentive to her needs. It’s given our family so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such a caring and well managed environment. Thank you so much to Tammy and all of the staff at Ivy Park for making the transition for my mother as smooth as it could possibly be. As a very independent woman who lived in the same home for 55 years, transitioning to a new environment and admitting to needing assistance was not easy. We were a family that took awhile to decide if my Dad should moved to their memory care site. It was one of the best decisions, the team is professional, attentive and supportive It is a wonderful community and family oriented.
