The worst medical billing company. My daughter had surgery. The surgery center and anesthesia company both bill through Ivy Medical Billing. Both bills were paid yet the billing company had no records. I sent them copies of the withdrawl from my bank. They refused to accept that as proof. The employee told me it was not their fault that they cashed the check and did not credit the account. I had to call my bank to get a letter written and sent that said it was deposited into Ivy Medical Billings account. This happened twice!... read more

Due to an accounting error, an account for a surgery my daughter had showed an outstanding balance. An employee named Liz called my wife and was rude, demanding immediate payment by phone. She was demeaning and rude, borderline threatening in nature. In speaking to her supervisor Kim in defense of my wife I was told that I was not owed an explanation. Unfortunately, many people contacted by Ivy do not realize they are an outside billing vendor and think that their behavior is a representation of the medical service providers... read more
