Utterly disappointed with this group. After being a member for approximately two years without issues I spaced my appointment and was charged the full amount. I had a 90 minute session booked and even after I offered to come in for part of my session Edith refused to see me. I use to refer and recommend this spa to my colleagues and coworkers but honestly if it does not pay to be loyal then what is the point. At Ivy Med Spa the services are top of the notch. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The vibes of the space is refreshing and peaceful. Genesis goes above and beyond with her attention to detail she puts in, making sure my eyebrows are on point! Never missing a hair. Looking for hair removal services this is the place!!

I had my first experience getting a facial here at Ivy Med Spa with Angie Scotto. It was amazing and she is so talented, I highly recommend booking with her and trying out Ivy Med Spa! She is incredibly knowledgeable and left my skin looking and feeling the best it ever has. I’m definitely going to be coming back. 10/10
