Unfortunately we have to keep asking the staff to take care of our daughter but nothing has changed, we told them multiple times and we asked multiple times but they don't care, they said there will be 3 teachers in the class but there was only 2 for the whole day for 2 days, we are paying too much and we expect good care of our precious daughter in return, this is not acceptable, the director was so mad i put this review she called me and sent me an email telling me we are not welcomed anymore, there was no transition, clas... read more

We couldn’t be happier with our continued experience at Ivy Kids of Young Ranch. Our kids are 3 and 1, and we genuinely love how well the teachers take care of them, how much they care about them, and the time they take to get to know them individually. As parents, that means a lot to us. We also recently brought a concern to their attention, and we were really happy with how quickly they addressed it. My 5 year old daughter haves fun when she comes here after school. But I as a parent don’t feel good coming in this building to get her. It’s never a bubbly welcoming feeling, the staff is seemingly always so busy when I come through the doors or look away as if they don’t want to greet me. I also notice if a parent walks in after me they are greeted with joy. When we’re headed out the door same, no one says goodbye to my daughter but the new teacher in her class.
