All of the teachers at Ivy have been amazing.. Ms. Felicia, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Liliana, Ms. Nina, Ms. Mellisa, Ms. Gisely, Ms. Jackie. Kind, nurturing, patient. Our daughter was there from age 1-2.5, and we are sad to leave. She has learned so much! walking, talking, communicating, sleeping and eating well. Only wish was that they did a better job limiting the number of students in each class, to keep the ratio manageable for teachers.
My child attended Ivy Kids from October 2024 to June 2025, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. We are so pleased that we plan to enroll our other child there soon. The staff and teachers were highly professional, warm, and supportive. The building is secure, equipped with cameras in every classroom, and impeccably clean. Our child adapted very well to their class and then transitioned smoothly to a "big kid" school without any issues. We’ve had an amazing experience with Ivy Kids at Heights for our son. The staff has been incredibly transparent, professional, and supportive from day one. We enrolled our son when he was around 6–7 months old, and the teachers have been extremely helpful throughout every stage. They are patient, attentive, and truly care about the children. When our son resumed, we were nervous about how he would cope with new faces, environment, and routine. However, his teachers, Ms Felicia and Ms Paige, were very patient throughout the process of helping him ease into the experience, which was new to him, to the extent that he grew fond of them and talked about them a lot.
