We are considering Ivy Gables for my father's care. The facility is impressive, the rates are very reasonable, and the staff that we encountered were top rate.
From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The residents and the staff were always smiling and engaging. Lisa Sordi, the Sales Director stayed in touch and let us make the decision on our timeline, not hers, and truly had Mom’s best interest at heart even though Mom was reluctant to move out of her home. We’ve been there 4 months and my praise for the place has only risen. They notice when things are amiss and call me. They truly have gotten to know my Mom and treat her like family. Lisa presented the property and services of Ivy Gables so well. She actively listened to the needs of my father and explained how Ivy would meet those. The property is decorated very nicely and there were many little touches throughout that made it feel like a home.
