Went here for the 1st time. Very friendly and Dr Ada was amazing... took time out and called the hospital to get me a emergency appointment asap. Thank you all 🙏

Shared experiences of Ivy Bower Surgery on local site indicates a receptionist in situ still shouting and being rude to patients. I experienced this last year resulting in a disciplinary, admitted behaviours yet here we are its still going on. . Allegedly training put in place which clearly hasn't changed her attitude,its disgraceful this person still dealing with sometimes vulnerable, unwell people having a lasting effect on those she verbally abuses.
I'm giving 5 stars for my review of the surgery because I do get help and support from Dr kemi but also I have been given so much help and support from Christopher the pharmacist he is a really kind and polite and really nice bloke very understanding and gives me time to explain what my concern is and he's totally professional yet friendly which makes it stress free and puts my mind at ease
No parking, small but polite staff
