The moment I walked in the door Ell was right there to greet me and asked if he could help. I had an unusual request. I couldn't push the button down on my grandchild's car seat that allowed it to swivel because of arthritis in my hands. He went outside to see the car seat and began trying different tools to see what might work to help me. We made several trips back and forth to my car and finally found the perfect tool to push down that button without hurting my hands. He was great!
