This store has really gone downhill. I’m not sure if there was a management change. I’ve been coming here for a long time. They used to have exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. I bought two vapes recently. One was defective and would not work even after using the troubleshooting guide on the brand website. The sales person was very nice and actually did the sale.
