The workshop team at Ivanhoe Cycles are legends! I had a creak emanating from my drive train that I couldn't resolve, but they had it fixed in no time. Same-day service and complimentary labour. I will definitely be back for all my bike servicing needs!
Went in this morning around 10am to look at buying bikes for my two kids. The range was fantastic, the customer service was severely lacking, if I could give 0 stars I would. We stood at the bikes for 10-15 mins without any acknowledgement from any of the 3 staff on the floor. One pushed a box along the floor out the back and never returned, one was serving another customer and another staff member walked past and continued to do things on the other side of the store. I went for a standard service and everything was perfect. Customer service was excellent , the staff were always super kind, and they actually answered the phone. For me, it’s important to trust my beloved bike to people who will really take care of it, and these guys did exactly that. I really appreciated that they were 100% transparent about the work done on my bike, and at the end they even provided a small report.
