Ivan is literally a genius, although he does get frustrated with constant nagging from the relatives of his clients, he is very busy, in the courtroom and behind the scenes he’s fighting for his clients and getting the job done. I’ve seen this with my own family, he turns on the charm and is respected in the courtroom. I’d recommend him to family members every time. He’s been practicing for a long time in Greenville and knows all the judges and prosecutors. They respect him and know he plays hardball for his clients!!
This man, Ivan Toney, Attorney at Law is not professional. He was paid a retainer. In return, on 2 calls, He cursed the client. I see that he has a 2.9 overall review. He was disciplined for this same behavior in 2012. He took the retainer and will not communicate without cursing.
Ivan was the most awesome at handling my case. It went on for nearly 4 years with plea offers that were unbelievable for someone who was innocent. We hung in there and didnt crack under pressure. Today, I am innocent and free. I can finally live again without this worry weighing me down. Ivan, you are the best! I highly recommend to anyone who needs defending! He helped me get my life back! Wonderful lawyer and great guy!!!
