We have been customers for many years, always receive great service from sales staff and delivery personnel. We purchased a buffet last year and Mrs Clara was able to help us find a coordinating table and chairs this year by looking back at record of what we already had. Friendly hometown service with a smile!

Wonderful experience beginning to end. Was our last stop of the day and we were discouraged because we had found NOTHING we liked in Canton or Gun Barrel. We actually found 3 living room setups and had a hard time choosing! Delivery was fast and smooth to boot! Tina is helpful but not pushy; love that!

After selling our furniture to the buyers of our home, we found ourselves in need. IVAN’S staff was AMAZING! I went into Ivan Smith for my first time after moving here. I was impressed the store was set up very nice and easy to move around. When I came in Vicky introduced herself and met me. I like prompt service coming from years in a sales background but she was not oushy at all. My aunt was there too and we all got a long great.
