Very nice and efficient repairman and has good communication as to when he will be arriving.
I really enjoyed their action with the employees a little bit at a time. I thought they were a little bit overwhelming me some, but it was good, but when we had to go back the next day to pick him up our mattresses, I was a little disappointed in the way though people in the back just put the mattresses on didn’t really speak or interact with us and didn’t even tie anything down we had to calm down ourselves.
