My overall experience was 5 star! Lauren was patient with me and I was appreciate of how informative she was. The delivery workers were respectful and professional. They were on time and quick with their set up of my furniture.
The first time we shopped Ivan Smith’s Furniture in Ruston, we were assisted by Mrs. Lauren Hood. She was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk with. We visited the store several other times because we had not found what we were looking for. Each time, she welcomed us back cheerfully and even offered to order our choice of furniture if offered online or in any other Ivan Smith stores elsewhere.
