First time seeing an Urologist and I can tell you he was very nice and understanding to my situation. The staff was also great. I'm happy to have had this appointment today.
Absolutely horrible! After the doctor performed a procedure on my father he basically washed his hands and never called back or responded after numerous attempts. After the surgery, my father required antibiotics, he took them as prescribed and the infection never got resolved. We faxed the lab results to the Doctors office and nobody ever responded, we called numerous times and nobody ever responded, emailed the doctors nurse and she never responded.
