Mary was so thorough. The explained all the services and more that I was interested in. We made a personalized plan based on my wants/needs and her expertise. The rest of the staff was so attentive & personable. Update: I absolutely love the ultra glow (laser treatment). I noticed the results instantly! 5 stars isn't enough for Mary, her staff and the services at IV Lounge. I started going to her a few years ago for tattoo removal, but eventually tried RF microneedling and now the ultra laser. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at each session. Mary is extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly and caring. Love the service and the staff. The only downside is the location. It’s SO hard to get there after work. It an easy commute.
