Sam (the manager) was so professional, informative, friendly and genuinely so kind to us. He was relatable as we chatted about family and travel, he loves his job and it shows. He warned my mum might get cold and recommended heating the room to compensate which was appreciated and necessary. He spoke up for her hearing. We 100% recommend Sam and his team.
Absolutely amazing experience with IV Drips! This is our second time using them and we couldn’t be happier with the service. A massive shoutout to Victoria , such an amazing and professional nurse. She’s incredibly kind, warm, and friendly, and instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She’s genuinely caring, takes the time to look after you properly, and really knows what she’s doing.
