I had the day off and was not feeling well, back and shoulder pain, some congestion. I was excited to try the zero gravity float bed which I booked the day before my appt date. As well as the salt therapy sauna. I was told upon arrival the bed was not ready and was not “turned on” and it would not even be available to use until the next day, because it takes that long to be ready, they offered me a free session in the aqua massage bed.
