Beware! I was sent to this facility, which is in my insurance network, by a physician's assistant in my insurance network. I was assigned an OT upon arrival, not given any option of somoene in network, and was never told she was on contract and NOT in my network. I've been charged an exorbitant amount of money for an out-of-network practitioner, and got zero consideration from IU Health. This is unconsionable and unethical.

I had a physical therapy visit three weeks go. Dr. Was great. He told me to come back to check again. When I went to checkout the guy at the desk Eddy was on the phone for 15 minutes and left me waiting. I had to go because it was late and could not stay. I told him to call me once he was off to schedule. I never got a call back and even called a week later to schedule my appt. No one called back. This is the worst customer service experience I ever had at Iu health

The best experience I have ever had with a rehab organization, and I have had many. The whole process has been professional and caring. My therapist, Randy Eugenio, is wonderful as a therapist and as a person. If I ever have to have other therapy, I will only go there and ask for him.
