I have been discharged early TWICE from this facility with only FOUR PT sessions. Insurance approved more but the lady who decides if you need more therapy looked me in the face and said “there’s nothing more we can do for you” all while my PT I was seeing had more goals for me to achieve. I will not be returning. I would give zero stars if there was a way to do so! Poor service from the evaluation lady who is technically an OT evaluation NOT PT. I always give places like these a second chance but that lady ruined it complet... read more
