I am a regular at Itzy's on buderim, and will continue to come, as I love the customer service I usually receive here. However in recent visits I have been denied something as simple as water to put in a meal that I have paid for. I feel insulted as this woman knows that I am a regular, and has been curt with me in the past. I hope that in the future she can serve others with more kindness than how she has treated me.
I am a regular here however the older female employee with glasses is extremely rude
Very rude staff and manager!! I called with a quick question and was hung up on — not once, but twice. Disappointing.
Convenient little groceries store, but damn the employee is rude. Doesn't even respond to hello, no thanks no have a good day: just flat rude. Smiling and being polite won't kill her... maybe someone needs to teach her that.
Fantastic general store always friendly, helpful and open whenever you need it. Such an asset to Buderim, and packed with delicious goodies that you can’t always find elsewhere. We love popping in to see what’s new. So pleased to have this in Buderim!
