Our experience was very disappointing. The RMT refused to show us the oil being used on our baby, which we found quite concerning and unusual. The facility also seemed poorly organized and unclean and we were asked to use the same water that had already been used by another family. We were not comfortable with that and declined. Overall, the experience fell well below our expectations. Due to the lack of transparency and hygiene concerns, we would not recommend this facility.
Lovely experience for my baby! Highly recommend
We had such a wonderful experience at Itsy Bitsy Spa! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and great with the kids. The whole experience was fun, relaxing, and made the children feel really special. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully set up for kids to enjoy. They had such a great time, and it was lovely seeing how excited and happy they were. Definitely a great place for a fun and memorable kids’ spa experience. Highly recommend!
Really cute place for kids massage and hydro! My kids love coming here and Sahar is always very accommodating :)
