I used to really enjoy this place and our go-to spa. However, after that unpleasant experience on our last visit, where the owner’s kids were so rude to my daughter, I decided to move on. The kids would take the toy my daughter was playing and would not allow my daughter to borrow it. It seemed like the parents didn’t care at all. On the bright side, the RMT was so nice and even mentioned that they’ve had similar issues with other customers.
Great experience at the itsy bitsy spa…very caring staff and a calm & clean environment.
