I'm an attorney in Georgia and needed a person served in Chicago for one of my cases. It's Your Serve was recommended to me by another attorney who had used them. They were easy to work with, got the job done quickly, and were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
They do not accept pro-se cases. Will not answer the phone to ask questions. I couldn't find anything on their website where they mention this. I just wasted a whole week trying to get a judge to approve it only to have it rejected by this company. I'm back to square one. People be aware
As a Chicago divorce lawyer, I've used numerous process servers. One of the biggest couldn't figure out how to access documents via hyperlink in an email I sent. In contrast, It's Your Serve has a web interface allowing me to upload documents.
Great Service!!! Uploaded the documents to their system in the morning and before 5:00PM person was already served. Their webpage is easy to use with clear pricing information and description of their services.
