Same situation happened to us that happened to Ileana. Used our trailer for profit running multiple loads with no communication for almost a week. They dont answer the phone, reply to emails or have any general sense of urgency to do the right thing. ITS Logistics took our trailer without authorization, continued to use it for profit, and strung us along with false recovery plans that were never met. We completed a load for ITS National on September 12, 2025 with an agreed rate of $2,100. After delivery, they short-paid $450 claiming “lack of tracking,” even though our driver accepted the tracking request and no communication issues or service failures occurred. The signed rate confirmation does not specify any $450 deduction or fixed amount for tracking issues, and they stopped responding to our follow-ups and phone calls when we requested clarification. Fellow carrier and truck driver, please don’t work with its. We had bad experience with them. Specially Garrett Emeterio and Erin’s team. They have my driver waited for 24 hours and paid only $150 while the rate confirmation says the layover is $250. We tried to call them and once they know you are asking for layover they will stop answering your call. He have me called , emailed more then 100 times .
