Excellent Staff Very knowledgeable.
Very disappointed!! As a loyal customer for 14 yrs,. Martha Sanchez had done my taxes, but this yr I added a different form to my filling and had an amendment a week later in Feb . I have not received my refund. When I spoke to Martha, she cursed me out. I reached out to the owner multiple times, I never got a call back. I'm taking care of three kids, but they messed up my filling. I have been in contact with the IRS myself since Feb. I was told ITS resubmitted my amended taxes in March which sets me back further.
