Very disappointed!! As a loyal customer for 14 yrs,. Martha Sanchez had done my taxes, but this yr I added a different form to my filling and had an amendment a week later in Feb . I have not received my refund. When I spoke to Martha, she cursed me out. I reached out to the owner multiple times, I never got a call back. I'm taking care of three kids, but they messed up my filling. I have been in contact with the IRS myself since Feb. I was told ITS resubmitted my amended taxes in March which sets me back further. My husband and I have been coming here for years. Horacio is the absolute best from all the tax ppl we've used in the past. Yes they get super busy during tax season so make sure you make an appointment and confirm the day before, it's well worth the wait. Horacio is very friendly and thorough, he will answer any questions you have and will give you tips on on how to save money.
