Management doesn't handle situations professionally
I have been a regular customer for a long time. I am writing this review because I've witnessed (on different occasions) inappropriate employee behavior. There is one employee in particular who comes across as rude. (She's a heavier set lady) called Semara (Name I heard used ). She comes across as a very blunt and impatient person.
