The boba itself was okay, pretty standard and what you’d expect from It’s Boba Time. Unfortunately, the customer service brought the experience down. The cashier, Aleena R, was very short and unfriendly. When I asked about a punch card, she seemed annoyed and just said there’s an app, without explaining or being helpful. A friendlier attitude would definitely make a big difference.
The people who served me my drink were great. The only complaint I really have is that, while I was sitting down drinking my beautiful mango drink, a random streamer walked in, talking all loud and being generally rude. Besides that, as a blue-collar worker, I really appreciate the kindness of the workers.
Great staff and fast service! We come weekly after practice and love it here !!
