I had a negative experience today with this particular boba time chain. I ended up ordering on the mobile app in order to save time by picking up. When I got to the location I walked up to the counter expecting to receive service for my pick up order, but instead the two employees were ignored me and continued working on orders. I've been a regular at this Boba Time location for a while now, and it's become one of my favorite places to stop by. The drinks are always consistent, and I know I can count on them to get my order right every time. Elysa and Miguel are a big reason I keep coming back.
