I'd give it a zero if I could. Waited 30mins for my drink. I had to walk up and remind the girl behind the counter. They weren't even come concerned about making it right. Offered no voucher or at least make the order a larger size. What the point of self checkout if I have to wait over 30mins. Weak.
Came here fir the third time in one month and heard the same thing. "Rest room is not working." Look I'm a paying customer x3. I see the homeless issues in the area. I won't mess your restroom up. Seriously, stop the B.S. I'm tired of the crap when paying customers can't use something they need. Don't tip here. I did on the third time again and nope still the same on the second try tonuse a restroom.
Came here gave a try. Over priced, employee not friendly at all. The drinks we ordered was taste horrible deadly sweet and cheap quality made. Not coming back.
There was only one person behind the counter. NO BATHROOM ACCESS TO CUSTOMERS.
