Great and good Boba, but it is a bit pricey

I’m pretty disappointed with my experience tonight. The posted closing time says 10:00 PM, but when I arrived the store was already closed before that time. If a business advertises a certain closing time, customers should be able to rely on it. I completely understand that staff may want to close early to finish cleaning or other tasks, but closing the doors before the posted time without notice is frustrating—especially for customers who make the trip expecting the store to still be open.
