I come in and order a pistachio frappe with extra pistachio and get finely crushed probably blended pistachio that I couldn’t even taste in the drink. The lady gives me attitude for trying to get my drink fixed that they clearly didn’t make correctly, I came in at 7:20 she was a light skin lady with makeup(not the girl that’s been working there for awhile) it’s ridiculous I come to different itsbobatime locations and this one always can’t get it right, I wish I would’ve got her name but they weren’t wearing name tags.
I visited this location on January 17th around 4:37 PM and had a baffling and deeply unpleasant experience. After encountering an issue with the mobile app, I approached the cashier to order. A male employee (tattoos on both arms, black shirt, black hat worn backward) stating, 'I don't take the order at this moment,' and directed me to the kiosk without any further explanation.
